Please allow me to introduce myself. My name is Rudi Harders and I was the General Manager of SHM (Strachan Henshaw Machinery) who were based in Bristol in the United Kingdom until they fell into Receivership in the year 2000. SHM were World class manufacturers of sheeting machinery and reelstands and had exported there goods to over 55 countries worldwide.

From the remains of what was left after the closure of SHM myself and a number of our top Engineers got together along with our Best Worldwide Agent, Mr. Johnny Ngan and decided to form our own Sheeter Products. After 2 years of hard labour and much thought we produced our first machine in 2004. The Sheeter was very successful and exceeded what the similar SHM models could achieve. We managed to get better speeds and most importantly better accuracy and quality of cut. Plus a major price reduction added to the fact that we now use all of the latest technology available.

In order to cut costs and be able to offer very affordable machinery we set up our manufacturing plant in Southern China, ( about 2 hours by ferry from Hong Kong). We also opened an Office in Hong Kong which predominantly deals with enquiries. Since our beginning we have sold quite a number of machines into China, Hong Kong, the Middle East and so on.

We are now looking to offer our machines into the world market place.
